Safety Protocols

Medical Support and Emergency Response
A 24/7 on-call nurse and access to a qualified doctor provide support for participants' health. We
also maintain strong working relationships with reputable local hospitals to ensure timely care. In
addition, staff are trained in first aid and are prepared to respond quickly and appropriately to
health-related concerns.

Road Safety and Transportation Protocols
All transportation arrangements follow strict safety standards. Vehicles undergo inspections, and
drivers are carefully vetted, including background checks and professional experience. For
intercity travel, movement is limited to daylight hours to minimize risk and ensure safer
journeys.

Food Safety and Dietary Accommodations
We take food safety and hygiene seriously. Staff receive training on proper food handling and
hygiene practices, and all meals are prepared with strict safety standards in mind. We also
accommodate dietary restrictions and religious considerations to ensure every participant feels
comfortable and well cared for.

Security and Supervision
The Sage Centre is supported by a dedicated, technology-enabled security team, with 24/7
monitoring in place. Staff are always on duty to supervise and support participants, ensuring a
secure environment at all times, both within the facility and during program activities.

Orientation and Code of Conduct
All participants complete a comprehensive orientation upon arrival. This covers safety
guidelines, expectations, and a clear code of conduct to guide behavior throughout the program.
The goal is to ensure participants feel prepared, responsible, and confident navigating their
environment safely
